1. General Terms and Acceptance

1.1 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and phjhoy concerning your use of our services. By clicking "I Agree" during registration, ticking the acceptance box, or by using any phjhoy service, you expressly agree to these Terms.

1.2 phjhoy reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

1.3 These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

1.4 phjhoy operates in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations and standards. While we strive to comply with all applicable laws, you are responsible for ensuring that your use of our services complies with local laws in your jurisdiction.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Legal Requirements

You must be at least 21 years of age to register, deposit funds, or place bets on phjhoy. This minimum age requirement aligns with Philippine gambling regulations. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

phjhoy employs age verification procedures and may request government-issued identification documents to verify your age at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in account suspension or closure and forfeiture of funds.

2.2 Geographic Restrictions

Our services are intended exclusively for users physically located within the Republic of the Philippines. You may not access or use phjhoy services if you are located in any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.

phjhoy uses geo-location technology to verify your physical location. Attempting to circumvent these restrictions through VPNs, proxy servers, or other means is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

2.3 Account Registration Requirements

You may register only one account per person. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited. If we detect multiple accounts registered by the same individual, all accounts will be suspended and funds may be forfeited.

During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials including your username and password. You must immediately notify phjhoy of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.

2.4 Prohibited Users

The following individuals are prohibited from registering or using phjhoy services:

• Persons under 21 years of age
• Individuals who have self-excluded or been excluded from gambling services
• Employees, directors, or contractors of phjhoy and their immediate family members
• Persons acting on behalf of or in collusion with other players
• Individuals located outside the Philippines
• Persons engaged in money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activities

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

3.1 Deposits

You may deposit funds into your phjhoy account using the payment methods made available on our platform, including GCash, Maya, bank transfers (BPI, BDO, UnionBank), and cryptocurrency (USDT). All deposits must be made from payment sources registered in your own name.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed during the deposit process and may vary based on the payment method selected. phjhoy reserves the right to refuse any deposit without providing a reason.

Deposits are typically credited to your account immediately, though processing times may vary depending on the payment provider. phjhoy is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banks.

3.2 Withdrawals

You may withdraw funds from your phjhoy account at any time, subject to completion of identity verification procedures and compliance with anti-money laundering requirements. First-time withdrawals and large withdrawals may require additional documentation.

Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. We do not permit third-party withdrawals under any circumstances. You may be required to withdraw funds using the same payment method used for deposits, where feasible.

Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed during the withdrawal process. phjhoy aims to process most withdrawal requests within 24 hours, though processing times may vary. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 5-15 minutes.

phjhoy reserves the right to conduct security checks on any withdrawal request and to delay processing pending satisfactory completion of such checks. We may request additional documentation to verify your identity, address, payment method ownership, and source of funds.

3.3 Anti-Money Laundering and Source of Funds

phjhoy is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. You agree that all funds deposited into your account originate from legitimate sources and do not constitute proceeds of crime.

We reserve the right to request documentation evidencing the source of your funds at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and funds being held pending investigation.

phjhoy cooperates with law enforcement agencies and regulatory authorities and will report suspicious transactions in accordance with applicable laws.

4. Betting Rules and Game Terms

4.1 Placing Bets

All bets placed on phjhoy are governed by these Terms and the specific rules of each game. By placing a bet, you agree to the applicable game rules and accept that the bet is final and cannot be changed or cancelled once confirmed.

Bets are accepted only when confirmed by our system and funds are deducted from your account balance. In the event of a communication error or technical malfunction, the bet may be voided, and funds will be returned to your account.

phjhoy reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at our sole discretion, including but not limited to situations involving obvious errors, technical malfunctions, suspected fraud, or violation of these Terms.

4.2 Game Results and Payouts

All game results are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) that have been tested and approved by independent auditing agencies. Game outcomes are final and binding.

Winning bets are settled in accordance with the rules of the specific game. Payouts are automatically credited to your account balance and are available for withdrawal or further wagering.

In the rare event of a game malfunction, all affected bets will be voided, and stakes will be refunded to player accounts. phjhoy is not liable for any losses resulting from game malfunctions or technical errors.

4.3 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed for each game and may vary depending on the game type, your account status, and other factors. phjhoy reserves the right to adjust betting limits at any time without prior notice.

4.4 Syndicate Betting and Collusion

Syndicate betting, collusion with other players, and the use of betting systems designed to exploit platform features or bonuses are strictly prohibited. Any such activity will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Offers

5.1 phjhoy offers various bonuses, promotions, and special offers from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered.

5.2 Bonuses typically include wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the number of times you must wager the bonus amount and/or deposit amount before withdrawal is permitted.

5.3 Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are available only once per person, household, IP address, and payment method. Bonus abuse, including creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may lead to account suspension.

5.4 phjhoy reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to exclude certain players from bonuses or promotional offers at our sole discretion.

5.5 Some games may contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Game contribution percentages will be clearly stated in the bonus terms. Strategic betting patterns designed to abuse bonuses or circumvent wagering requirements are prohibited.

6. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

7. Account Suspension and Termination

7.1 phjhoy reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms or any applicable laws
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification
• Multiple account registration
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct
• Bonus abuse or exploitation of platform features
• Abusive behavior toward customer support staff or other players
• Use of VPNs, bots, or automated software
• Failure to complete identity verification procedures

7.2 Upon account suspension or termination, any remaining balance in your account may be withheld pending investigation. If we determine that you have violated these Terms, we reserve the right to forfeit your account balance.

7.3 You may voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you following completion of all pending transactions and verification procedures, provided you have not violated these Terms.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

8.2 By accepting these Terms, you consent to our collection and use of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. This includes sharing your information with third-party payment processors, identity verification services, and regulatory authorities as required.

8.3 phjhoy uses industry I'm Claude Code — Anthropic's official command-line coding tool, running on Anthropic's Claude model. I can't reliably see the exact version from here. 9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the phjhoy platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content without our prior written consent.

9.3 Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide to phjhoy may be used by us without any obligation to compensate you or maintain confidentiality.

10. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

10.1 phjhoy provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

10.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, phjhoy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use our services.

10.3 phjhoy's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phjhoy account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.4 phjhoy is not responsible for any losses arising from:

• Technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or device malfunctions on your end
• Unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain credential security
• Actions of third-party payment processors or banks
• Force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, or telecommunications failures
• Your violation of these Terms or applicable laws

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

11.1 These Terms and any disputes arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

11.2 In the event of a dispute, you should first contact phjhoy's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. We are committed to addressing player concerns promptly and fairly.

11.3 If an informal resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with Philippine arbitration laws. The arbitration shall be conducted in the Philippines in the English language.

11.4 Notwithstanding the foregoing, phjhoy reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement of our intellectual property rights or other proprietary rights.
